Nosecone
One of these panic things that comes to you in the middle of the night -
Will I have to be able to easily remove the nosecone for SVA?
So far I have it screwed down with seven 6mm bolts - I really don't want it to fall off - and I will need to take the grille off before I can
get to three of them.
Will Mr SVA want to see the car with the nosecone off so he can check suspension, etc ?

I had no reason to remove mine, mind you it's only held on with two M6's and has not moved a millimetre in all the miles I've
done... (which is more than can be said about my first bonnet )

No reason to remove it for SVA.
I've had to remove it three times post SVA though and wishes I'd secured it in a manner that was easier to undo!!

I don't think that SVA can ask you to remove anything that can't be removed using tools supplied with the vehicle.
I certainly didn't have to remove the nose cone. The only think he asked me to remove was a wheel nut. He suspected that the studs
weren't long enough.

So it pays not to have a big hammer in the tool kit then ?
