Wire In Tunnel
I've got all my cables in conduit and have started taping the joints etc. and have forgot to run the single wire to the handbrake down the
tunnel. I can't now weave it through the abundance of conduit so how can I get it/secure it down the tunnel. Will it be okay unwrapped and how
will I secure a single wire?

Can't you just wrap it around the conduit and either tape it or zip tie it?
Must try harder

I did the same, so I just cable tied the addition wire to the conduit

I thought SVA were funny on cable tying cables outside of conduits? I'll tape it I guess if thats okay then. Just threw me a little. Too much
wiring today! The amount of wires and conduits everywhere is mind boggling

Single bare wire = no
Single wire with tape or split sleeving etc secured with cable ties should be no problem.

So I have to put tape around 1 single wire that has insulation on already? That can't be right surely or do we mean tape it intermittently to
the existing conduit run?

The wire will need to be shielded along its complete length, meaning that you will, A/ have to sleave it, or B/ tape the whole wire. I had to do that
at SVA, while the guy went for tea. Can't you run a feeder through the conduit and pull the wire through? or attach two pieces of wire to one
piece and pull the two through with the one, (just a thought). Cheers Ray

Hmm. Just can't see the point in wrapping a wire thats alredy insulated, serves little purpose. I think I'll have to cut the taping and
feed it under the clips then. Complete ball ache
