I can't see why not
you must take the paper work with you to the sva for the speedo
I had a push bike speedo for my sva but that was 5 years ago so things may have changed by now

As long as it works, gives an accurate speed (don't know how accurate it has to be but I know the police allow 10% for speeding) and is in a
legal visible place i.e. not obscured by the steering wheel then I really can't see why not.

I believe it can read up to 10 % overspeed but not under at all

ok, if its anything like the koso i had on my bike it should be pretty accurate.
