SVA Fail Leighton Buzzard

Had our SVA yesterday at Leighton Buzzard and came away with a fail but with a certain sense of satisfaction.

Nothing major, mainly some edges and heights. Sailed through noise and emissions even though not running well (way too lean but it was as rich as I could get it)

Hand on heart the car wasn't as ready as I'd have liked it to be but a lot of sweat and toil was poured in by the entire family over the past four weeks or so. So, a very big thank you goes out to my wife and children for living without daddy for the last few weeks, to Dad, Mum and brother Scott and father in law Richard for all the assistance in the "big push".

We're being quite pragmatic about it. At least its bought us 6 months to do the finishing touches we simply ran out of time to do.

Good effort team, all the hard work is truely appreciated. Thank you.

mine overheated on first test just before he got time to test emmisions so your one step ahead of me.im going for re test and still dont know if emmisions are ok. if its only heights and edging then you are not far away at all so all in all its not too bad!

Sorry to hear you failed, but not that badly by the sound of it. At least you have a fixed target to aim for now.
