Harnesses

What are the rules for harnesses? Do they need to be a red button release like seatbelts, or are tunbuckles allowed?

the only "aero style" allowed is the luke harness one, as it can be released one handed in one motion.

most go for red button to save having to argue the point at SVA, but it is legal.

click the link below, download the manual, and read the section on harnesses.

E marked one will be the easiest to pass, but theres a long list of allowed approval markings.

my willans ones can be undone with 1 hand. looks like they meet the radius things.

i think the only type you can't really have is the 4x4 ones, with the wierd hooks and latch
