filling out dvla forms
hi there
im in the process of filling out the v355/5 and v355/4 forms for my 893 mk indyblade and stuck on a couple of questions
v355/5
q.23 max permissable mass
q.24 date of original registration ? is that the donor?
q.26 date of registration in uk ? as above?
q.34 mass in service KG
q. 36 CO (g/km or g/kwh)
q.37 HC + NOX G/KM
q. 46 is this vehicle exempt from type approval?
any help is appreciated

Paul jepson done my forms and i know for a fact he left all the questions you mention blank!

23 is the weight from your gross weight on your SVA form.
24, 26, 34, 36, 37. All not applicable.
46 is yes (I think)
Just leave blanka any that your not sure of. Have you got the notes book that explains the form?

I went down to the DVLA office and the person in charge of all the case files i.e. those not easily dealt with by the normal staff filled out the form
with me. He left loads of spaces blank.
I rang last week for the forms, received them through the post after I went to the office (was v impatient ) Also included was a help form for
filling out the v55. It refers to loads of sections as non applicable if you have done the SVA.
