Can you register the car and get just 6 months tax?
Bit skint after needing to spend £400+ on some remedial work to get my car through SVA (which I'm hoping it will fly through tomorrow)
Can I register it and get just 6 months tax, or do I need to buy the full year?

you can, but due to the 10% fee they charge on 6 months its more economical to get 12 and apply for a refund when you put it away - then you might
only pay for 2 or 3 months.

Put it away?!? I've just finished the bloomin thing! It's gonna get used at least once a month even through winter, even if it's
just the odd crisp morning.
