Hi guys, I have been out of the picture for a long time.. I have just purchased a joyner buggy that I wish to make road legal, problem is that it has no certificate of conformity!! is this a problem?

I presume a buggy can be road legal by going through the IVA, just like a home built.

Flog it to some unsuspecting soul on e-Bay and buy a new "road legal" one with the correct EEC certificate of conformity - then you can register it without IVA (or MSVA).....
