Have SVA date
booked in for 18th June at Exeter,
Could have had a cancellation for This Tuesday but chickened out as not quite ready.
Interesting though, man said that noise was 101 Db....Didn't think it was wise to argue.
Have to get confirmation of braided hose suitability and awaiting delivery of Brake warning light.
Just finished moving fuel filter so that it can be firmly secured.
Having some trouble with self centring. It does self centre but it is difficult to determine whethter it is enough. Toed out and tyres pumped up.
Not long to go.........have resigned myself to failure so not to be to dishearted.

Lightning...
All the SVA look for is an attempt to centre from full lock on both sides. If the steering wheel starts to spin back from full lock with no hands on
at approximately 10mph it will pass. (Well - our's did!)
Good luck - fingers crossed!

Same result with self-centering - I never though mine self-centred at all, nice SVA man took it off for a spin, brought it back and didn't say a
word
Good luck

yup 101dB is what mine was tested at in May with self centring as above, though sva man did say it was close to fail on both counts.
