Cover Exhaust Clamps??
How do you cover an exhaust clamp for IVA radius test??
Its the U shape clamps with two nuts underneath.

For the SVA I managed to turn it sufficently that the balll thingy would not contact any sharp radius.. Needed to file a little off the
"wings" of the clamp. It passed... Might have been luckly.

I was looking at turning them, but agreed will go with the file approach too.

I used a miklor clamp..
more like a jubilee clamp
and put the bolt so it was in towards the bodywork and couldnt be contacted by sphere

They're better looking clamps, and I reckon that they work better too.

I have two exhaust clamps, doing as their name suggests and two are just holding the exhaust to the mounts.
I have now filed off the ears and added a radius to all.
Fingers crossed.
