gsxr 600 750or 1000 from k1 k2 are the best as you can respace them
i gsxr 600 ones fitted to mine and it runs well

+1 ive fitted the 600 & 750 ones. GSXR ones got to be the most commonly used mainly because the k1-k3 can be easily respaced, only down side as
most popular no longer cheap.

Do a quick search and all will become clear....
Any throttle bodies with a 36-42mm butterfly diameter will work. You will need an inlet manifold making to fit them.
GSXR ones are popular because they can be respaced.
Throttle bodies make no difference to IVA, thats down to your emmissions which will be down to whether your mapping is correct and if you need a cat
fitting.
As usual, your question is a little vague - have you done any research? The actual best answer will depend on the spec of the engine and what your
specific install is.

seems to me the question couldnt be much more specific without already knowing the answer...and ive seen alot of that here.
asking this question is research, and some people enjoy passing on info like this. so if you dont , please feel free not to respond.
to other members thanks for the info.
and in the hope of getting further info, are the bodies assembled together or is it a casting that needs to be cut. ive been carrying out some
research on ebay but i cant quite make out how they are manufactured from the pictures ive seen. £100-150 seems to be the going rate. can the suzuki
injectors be used aswell

Ive got gsxr 600 K1's
Got a bargain at about £30 on ebay a while back.
They are 4 seperate bodies just held together with a very long bolt through them. You can split them down, put longer studding in and some tube
spacers between the bodies.
Looks quite straight forward but ive not done mine yet. I will be using the gsxr injectors as apparently they are good for the job & picked up a
respaceable fuel rail too so im going to be on the lathe at work in my lunchbreaks when i finally get some time to respace everything.

I picked up some R6 TB's and had them respaced. TB's cost me £35 and respacing with a custom fuel rail cost another £100 or so
How hard can it be?

the correct throttle bodies are individual, you split them all and extend the throttle linkages and fit a new fuel rail to make them the correct
spacing.
or you can use bent runners on your inlet manifold and not bother spacing the throttle bodies. this opens up more cheaper options as everyone prefers
the separate bodies where possible.

I GSX-R 750 throttle bodies mounted on a ST170 inlet manifold with a 2.0L blacktop fuel rail, it ment no fiddling with the fuel rail and all the top
feed injectors from XE engine and nissans fit.
£60 for the throttle bodies
£75 for the manifold
£10 fir threaded bar and spacer
I already had the fuel rail.

Just FYI.....I used gsxr600 on my 2 ltr cvh...
The other option for mounting is to use a dcoe manifold, and have some adaptors made up (this is what I did)....works a treat.

The GSXR bike injectors are a totally different style to the zetec ones (on both ends) so no you can't use the standard zetec fuel rail.
STD GSXR injectors are good for about 180bhp NA.

The Zetec fuel rail is only an option if you use the ST manifold and blank off the GSXR injector ports.

so making a fuel rail for the suzuki injectors is the way to go i think.i cant imagine i will be able to get more power than that.

Ask me nicely and I'll sell you a piece to make one from.
You'll need to accurately drill it for the injectors (10.8mm hole from memory) and also tap the end for -6JIC fittings (9/16" UNF) or
drill them out and tap them 3/8" BSPT.

If you are keeping the injectors fitted to the throttle bodies then you have no choice, you would have to keep the Suzuki injectors.
To make you a rail I would need to know what the centre distances are between the injectors, the hole size in the existing rail (just check my 10.8mm
as its a while since I did a GSXR rail) and what fittings you are going to use (JIC or otherwise).
I would also need to know what the relative location of the mounting brackets is - measured to the centres of the injectors is simplest, so I can fit
mounting tabs for you. All I ask is you email a sketch with the dimensions, then I will make it to your needs.
Price for fuel rails is £65.
Or I can do the complete respacing job for you, turned spacers, extended throttle linkages and fuel rail all mounted up and your throttle bodies
returned for £160
Lead time is around 2 weeks at present.

i was hoping to do it myself but looking at your kit im struggling to justify the heartache
i definately want a length of rail ... let me get the carbs in my hand(en route at the moment) and see if i think i can do it
