where to send iva forms?
do you send to headquarters in bristol? offices in swansea? or the test station you want the test? cheers

As it says at the bottom of the last page - send fully completed application form, supporting documents and the correct payment to Approval Section,
VOSA, Elipse, Padley road, Swansea, SA1 8AN
I'm addicted to brake fluid, but I can stop anytime.
