Black top through IVA
Is there an easy and cheap way of getting a post 95 Black top Zetec engine through an IVA test ?

Cheap, yes just use the oem parts. If it passed it's mot in the donor then it will pass in what ever your building.
I find the oem ecu easy others do not.
Any ecu just needs power earth and its sensors.
Easy would be of the shelf but not cheap. eg Jenvey and omex
Ms and bike tb's fall in the middle of price and effort.
I have in the past been able to buy all the oem parts to run injection for as little as ten quid.

As Wasa said probably the easiest is using the OEM stuff but I got one through IVA relatively easily using R6 ITB's and Megasquirt.
You'll need a half decent Lambda sensor and a CAT for this all to work.
