Not an epic fail..
Just got in from IVA at Gillingham..
failed on:-
102db noise test. forgot my baffle..Doh!
Hazard switch has indication between indicators and hazards when on.. Easy 1 wire fix
rear brake flexi hose possible chaffing.. reroute under the rear top wishbone.
handbrake cable possible chaffing on N/S (fix with cable tie)
and thats it..
thoroughly good laugh all morning with the guys..
retest on thursday and mods nearly all done allready...

If it wasn't for the noise test would you have been able to do the jobs there and then?

Sounds like a good fail - hope the baffle does the job!

yeh.. considering i was worried about my radiuses of everything..not even checked. my seatbelt mounts.. not even checked my fog and reverse angles....
not even checked.. I knew the emissions were fine but all in all mods are now done... could have got it back today if it wasn't for the red
tape...

Thanks for pointing that out.. when the hazard light is pushed my indicator warning light flashes..its the same for the indicators..there must be an
indication that the hazard lights are on...I chose to be able to see the switch in The dark and the fact my indicator warning light would let me know
its on..
Andy did the test...makes a good coffee...hehe

From minor fails to a pass...
even with baffle in it was 100.3db... got tshirt shredded it and wrapped baffle in that then 98.3db.. got my ticket and i was off on the longest route
home i could think of..
your all right about my top speed with a 3.92 diff its flat out at 110.... 3.62 going soon...

How did you sort the emissions in the end? I remember you had some problems but can't remember whether I saw the final conclusion.

fitted the pc3 usb off my bike to it and mapped it too: +8 at 1500 rpm and -30 at 2750rpm..
PC3 is coming off now and going back on my bike... I'm off to put my indicators back to where they should be and ditch all those silly bits of
trim....
