Did you use a SVA-manual?
Did one of you bought and use a SVA-manual during the build of your locost?

I found my manual to be very useful when setting out stuff - position of lights, dash layout, and stuff like that. Saved me from making decisions
that would need to be corrected later.
I also used it as a reference when doing my final pre-SVA checks - I tried to pass all its criteria to the best of my ability.
Finally, in most cases it's fairly clear on the SVA requirements, so demystifying the whole process. There are some ambiguous points, but if
you go for 'overkill' solutions then the problems can be bypassed.
I'm glad I got a copy, anyway.

I used mine quite a lot for positioning of lights in particular, and also for the radius rules. Less so for other parts of the car, but still probably
worth having.

I haven't SVA'd yet and found a draft copy on the net, so it looks like you dont need to buy one, just download it and have a look.
Hope I have the correct document
p.s. please dont ask for a copy as I am unsure about the legality of distributing it
but I found this link

I used the 2000 version and the draft, but mainly the advice on here - much easier to read and practical
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

The draft manual above..
1) is it complete?
2) is it real ?
3) is it acurate?
ie can I get ALL the information that I will need from this or is it just extra to previous manuals?
Can any one tell me Please

Big Wasa
!) No !!!
2) Yes
3) Yes as far as it goes
It's well worth downloading but is deficient in some areas, (check the index against the actual pages in the download and you'll see what
I mean.
