SVA forms
Can the required forms to apply for Sva and registration be downloaded from the DVLA website or do you have to phone them?

some of them can but one is carbonated so has to be sent to you

form for SVA can be downloaded the carbon one will only be needed for when you apply for registration.

Thats not the sva form thats carbonated thats the DVLA registration form and you can fill that in at the DVLA office when you go to register.
Build up report and SVA application both downloadable.
Bugger must learn to type faster.
