Late for SVA
SVA'ers beware, I was 30 mins late for my SVA today at Derby (traffic on M1) and they cancelled the test.........

They offered the next availiable date as 19 August!! great, so I rang Beverley and got in there 2nd July. Derby sent a letter out that day (tester had
all morning to write it!) saying I had failed to turn up and it would cost me £50, I'm contesting this at the moment as I was supposed to have
recieved a letter from derby before the test saying that the test may be cancelled if I was late.

Sorry to hear that m8...
If it helps your case(but it might wee you off a bit):
I was half an hour late for my test (Notts), for the same reason as it happens.
I phoned up (all apologetic etc) and it was fine when i got there.
Just another example of multiple sets of standards/rules.
