paper work etc
Hi what in the way of receipts do i need to take to the sva or show to the dvla etc as just going through them all and logging all part numbers i can
find on computer but what parts do i really need to show.
just worked out i have spent £2050 so much for locost

Just take all you have reletive to your build to both occasions, every bit of paper, receipt and doc. you wont go wrong then.

SVA - The tester will want to see prove of the engine's age at least.
DVLA - It depends on the plate you are after - a new reg will mean that receipts for all new parts will have to be shown. Age related means just key
donor parts need to be proved - Q plates even less.
I submitted a folder with hundreds of invoices which they checked (and rubber stamped a few) and then gave me my new 2007 reg number.
