SVA in the South West

I just wondered if anyone has good or bad experiences with SVA in Exeter or if they would recommend a particular SVA station in the South West.

Any advice here will be gratefully received. Thank you.

John

Hi John,

Have passed at Avonmouth, the guys see a lot of kits through the doors and were helpful enough. In fact will be booking another sva test with them very shortly!

No problem with the guys when we took Billys in to Exeter for it's sva. It failed on a few points but nothing too major. They were extremely fair and accomodating to sorting the problems out (mirrors - were supposed to be sva friendly but were not/bias bar split pin needed inserting after brake test/insecure section of wiring/unable to view guages in sunlight iirc)

Large selection of kit car magaines in their office area so they obviously monitor the kit scene. Had a long conversation about the marlin 5exi (as its a local based car I suppose)

As long as they still have the same staff then I would recommend them for the sw, made the sva process go smoothly and virtually hassle free

Cheers

G

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

Thank you all for your replies. You seem very positive about Exeter which is nearest to me so that's where it will be.

Thank you once again.

John
