V55/4 for new (57) plate, or V55/5 for age related plate + V627/1 build report.

Build report can be downloaded the others can't as there carbon paper, available from local offices or odering by phone from swansea.

ALL of course post SVA completion!

Lots of good information here:

You need a chassis number pre-SVA so that part of the registration process needs to be started prior to that.

I started my registration rocess off before SVA. Home visit, chassis number allocation etc. DVLA brought the forms out to me and told me what i had to fill in. Some offices are different hence why some people have to do it after SVA. No harm getting the forms before hand and start filling them in though.

Not sure if Stockton still do home visits now. They did tell me that if the car was more road worthy i would have had to do it afterwards and take the car to them. As it wasnt roadworthy but could be defined as a car they were happy to come out.

Which is mad as you can't legally drive it to the DVLA roadworthy or not. Does that mean you could just remove the wheels and hide them to get a home visit?
