Help with sva application

Evening All
Struggling with application for sva
Q13 Max road speed, Is it possible to over/under estimate the top speed or does 120 sound about right for a blade
Q15 Can't get my head round this .
Do I have to use bags of sand to make up passenger weight fill it full of fuel and then weigh it on the companies weighbridge, axle 1, axle 2, and then the total (gross)

Q13, yes you can over estimate, you need to make sure that your tyre rating will satisfy the top speed you give. I've put 115mph for my ZX9R for the top speed.

Q15 From a search on this forum i've gone for 450 front and rear giving a 900 total weight.

That said, I'm just waiting for my SVA date.

Cheers

Ian

The above is correct.
It used to be right to have the gross as more than the combined axle weights for some reason but that's stopped.
And 115 for a Blade would be about right. (as said it's for your tyre's nit what the examiner expects to hit whilst driving it round the test station )
