They were just outside Guildford on the A322 yesterday, Ned posted it on his Facebook page.
And about 30mins ago I came from Guildford along the A322 towards Woking/Knaphill.
They had an unmarked white Mercedes van in the 50mph section just after Worplesdon, just before Fox's Corner. Marked Bike and a car too.
Can't belive they're not using marked vans for it. 
If I'd have had any to hand I'd have thrown a handful of those spiky tack things out the window as I went past!
