If you drive with fog lights to get a better view of the road, you are either traveling too slow or not looking far enough up the road!
Then there are the ones who leave them on during day light

Nah, gives nice peripheral vision of edges, animals, rocks in the gutter. in JUST about enough time to avoid them lol.

Could make a list of them all, and if anyone ever sees them parked up just get under the front and snip the wires. Bingo bongo one less di-ked with
front fogs on
