Things i know i have to do:

Cover track rod end
Cover top ball joint
Make steering wheel crash pad
Align headlamps
Theres a couple of nuts and bolts on the fron suspension to cover, waiting for some more nut covers to come
Cover shock absorber bits
Make cover for back. What would sva do if i leave it open??

Any more?

Not sure, but I think your headlight aim might be a bit off

Edit: that post took so long to upload it took all the humour out

Cover over the positive battery terminal, track rod adjustment nut needs covering.

Have you got reflectors fitted on the rear?

Looks good.

Does the digi dash meet the radius requirements if it falls outside the exempt area?

The lamps are reflective do i still need them?

Didnt realise the battery terminal one. Noted.

Acewell should meet as the edges are radiused.

I think as long as it has reflectors then you will be fine.

My steering wheel passed as it is (without pad)
So you may want to move that to the bottom of your list if you are running low on time to SVA.

Brake lever - check radius especially underneath. Also check that the button is radiused enough

Has the clamp just in front of the silencer got sharp edges? It looks like the one I've got where the edges are slightly raised. For SVA I used a standard exhaust U clamp with some multi-V alternator belt round it

It looks like you've got about another day in the workshop before you can even think about asking the question 'what have I missed?'

Good luck though.

Cover the boot area or they test all of the edges as I found to my cost. I made a simple tonneau held on with press studs. My steering wheel failed - I had to fit a collapsible boss, yours looks like my old solid one, and I needed to make a crash pad.
Is that an escort handbrake lever? Have you fixed the sharp edges at the base where it's rolled round?
