best SVA station if I live in Oxford
hi there,
I seem to be in an SVA station vacuum. To put a positive spin on this, I get quite a lot of choice.
Any suggestions for closest friendly SVA station, I am just north of Oxford.
Working on the forms right now.
Thanks,
Matt

Thanks Lars,
I never really knew where Leighton Buzzard was.
80miles via M25, or 57miles across country (best bet).
2nd choice Yeading I guess 48miles down the M40 (which doesn't sound like fun).
Can I expect a friendly service at Leighton Buzzard?
Matt

I did not think it was that far from Oxford. It was 40 miles each way (over Aylesbury) from south Oxford.
You certainly can expect a friendly service. (If Doug is still the tester). Very helpful, with good suggestions should there be issues.

Lars,
yup you are completely correct.
I put it into multimap but had an incorrect postcode (wrong on SVA1) , so re-tried with the address, and it got it wrong.
real postcode LU7 4QG gave me 38miles.
Good to hear they are friendly. Don't mind strict, or even pedantic, but friendly is important to me.
Perfect, I am all enthused now.
Thanks,
Matt

Leighton Buzzard.
And there are some nice lanes you can buzz around afterwards.
