do you need to be able to flash your headlights when the lights are off for the SVA. i can switch between high and dip beams, but no flash. does it matter as i dont intend on flashing people out of junctions coz i will just have to over take them.

as i understand it no you dont .you dont even need to have a flasher when the lights are on
i was told even some production cars dont have a flash

this is true I know someone whos car has no way of flashing but I can't remember the car or the person??!?!?!?!
