SVA pass
Just got my fireblade powered Striker through its SVA today, after failing twice on noise got it down to 95dB from 108. Now the DVLA to takle

It would be nice to describe what you did in order to reduce the noise for future builders.

For the retest I keptthe same exhaust (6" by 22" and fitted a restrictor. But found most of the noise was coming from the engine bays and
panels resonating. So fitted and airbox lined the engine bay and side pannels with accoustic foam. managed to get back 12 dB

Once you get the plates be carefull out there. These things bite you in the arse at the first oppertunity!

You failed twice? Is this to say that you got 2 SVA retests? I thought you were only allowed one?
