sva man in the tunnel

does mr sva need to have easy access to the tunnel, in other words will he want to take a peak inside?
just so i can decide on my interior options

With my car he looked up from underneath, when the car was up on the hoist.

He is entitled to ask you to remove covers if they're designed for access, but he'll only do that if he's got some doubts about something.

It's a good idea to take photo's showing bits that are hard to see.
Shows you are comfortable with your workmanship and don't feel you have anything to hide if nothing else.

have sent pics from inside the tunnel although the wiring wasnt in situ when i took them iv now sent the pics off? should i take fresh pics with me to the test?

When I went for my test he had a look down the transmission tunnel from both the back end and the engine bay end. He spotted the cable to my handbrake switch wasn't secured properly.

It's not necessary to have pics at all (and I don't think the testers get to see the ones you sent off with the application anyway - they are just to 'prove' you didn't get a company to build it for you).

Pictures are an image thing, they put the tester in a good frame of mind about you, and by implication the car.
