are they still accepting sva applications?

as per title can anyone definately confirm that vosa are accepting sva applications upto 20th march, and what would be the latest date for a test.

Yes still accepting, you have until about the 20th of March. Not sure on latest test date though, i thought it was still 28th april but other people have recently said otherwise.

I spoke to the SVA dept recently (checking they had received and logged my application) and they said the deadline had extended to 20th March for applications (due to being swamped with paperwork) but hadn't officially changed the last date for testing 'yet'.

By the sounds of things though, they will have to extend the testing dates to accommodate the shear number of applications they're receiving.

yes they are accepting and the best date is when you think your car will be ready.

Simon, Get that form sent off. It looked almost done when I saw it. You'll kick yourself if you end up having to go through IVA.
