can i move sva venue on re test?

as above really. i live in cumbria so i chose carlisle as my sva center. the car was at mnr in harrogate getting sva kit on so i had to have it towed all the way there.it has failed and is now back at mnr. can i move the re test some where closer to mnr to avoid any more hassle?

I believe you can... but you get a full test rather than just a test on the fail points.

Cheers,

Friend of mine bought a kit that had failed twice at Cardiff on rear brakes & the owner had given up. He bought it & was first told he could move the retest to Birmingham, until he actually tried, they then told him the retest would have to be done at Cardiff or re-apply for a full test at a different station.
