sva bits and bobs
hi peeps...nearing the sva now wonder if you could help me with a couple of points,
with hazard lights on my hazard switch flashes red, but my normal green indcator light doesnt flash in hazard mode..this ok?
petrol filler has restrictor in neck but a has a threaded cap...not strictly lockable ..this ok?
my side lights only come on with ign. on??

i think the filler cap only needs to be 'secure'.
i dont think sidelights are an issue, although its handy to have them on permanent live.
not sure about the hazards...

1. If the indicator W/L is wired between the two sides then it won't light when both sides are flashing (i.e. hazards on)
2. Not sure about your filler.
3. I would think that side lights need to be independent of ignition (they are, nominally, 'parking' lights)
He's whittling on a piece of wood. I got a feeling that when he stops whittling, something's gonna happen. (OUATITW/Cheyenne)

I dont think the sidelights are an issue as on our fiat doblo, they dont come on unless tou hold a button while turning the key.
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Hazards are OK like that.
Cap just has to be secure.
No stipulation on side lights.
