Road Tax Cost
Does the cost of road tax when registering the vehicle for the first time contain and admin fee just for the tax. I have just been quoted £190 for 12
months or £104.50 for 6 months from the DVLA for a 1300 x flow engined Locost. Sounds expensive to me. There is also a first registration fee of £55.

You've been given the wrong price, that's the price for over 1549cc. 1300 should be £125 or £68.75.
See DVLA website
