Forms to book IVA?
OK perhaps I am thick. No perhaps then.
I have just searched via google and gone around in circles as to where to get the forms to book an IVA test.
Manuals yes, booking forms for use in Northern Ireland but not for England.
I have searched VOSA and DVLA, so can anyone point me to the correct location?
