Anybody got a pic of "nut covers"

I keep seeing mention of "nut covers" for the SVA test, what do these look like and where can I get them?

They are the plastic dome headed covers that fit over hex heads to cover the sharp edges (and protect threads from the elements).

See Nut Covers

They are available in small sizes up to M12 from engineers suppliers. Above that I got ones for M14 (steering rack nuts) and M18 (transit track rod ends for Indy top joints) from Westfield.

Do a search of the site for other suppliers.

Cheers,

Colin
