don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Congratulations!
Now go and photocopy that form, 'cos you'll never see it again once you've given it to the DVLA.

Photocopy it at Asda as you'll have to post it to DVLA and won't see it again after all that agony in getting it!
(You don't actually have to use Asda)
Well done though, great feeling isn't it. I remember thinking that that puts me up level there with Henry Ford, we both built cars and got them
approved.

I thought I had had it - as the emissions were being done, there was a load of what looked like smoke coming from the sump, and liquid on the floor.
Turns out it was coolant. I had been having trouble with the fan kicking in randomly so had disconnected it to stop the battery draining overnight.
Guess what I forgot to do this morning....
Nothing a kettle of hot water couldn't sort though. I have to say the tester was brill at carlisle.

well I don't know that for sure! I upped the tyre pressures and gave as much toe out as I dared without taking the TREs off. He took it for a
spin and to be honest, he was still having to unwind the lock a fair old amount!

Nice one!
It doesn't have to streighten up all on it's own but just "have a degree of self centering". So if it starts to unwind the
lock rather than staying put that should do but it's a bit subjective.
