FS: LARGE aluminium billets and milling cutters
Saved from the scrappers. Two aluminium billets measuring 420 x 185 x 140mm each.
Alloy 4050 T7451. Each one weighs 32 kilos.
Which is a lot.
They were found to be surplus to requirements during a recent stocktake/ clearout.
I thought I would offer them on Locostbuilders first. I know there are some budding machinists out there. These billets are big enough to make ally
uprights or possibly a billet sump for your BEC. Are you listening Andy??
£60 for both. Probably worth more than that as scrap. I have numerous other smaller billets too. I'll update this listing tomorrow with details.
Some Ti too.
I also have loads of mainly carbide end mills and ball nose cutters. Plus some rippers. 5mm up to 20mm mainly. Standard and long series. A few are
new, most are fresh regrinds. Plus some used ones. U2U me if interested in the cutters. I'd prefer them all to go as one lot but I'm open
to offers on part lots. There might be a hundred or so. I'll count them tomorrow to give you a better idea.
All items will need to be collected. I am 5 minutes from M1 J27.
Geoff.

I've been out and assessed the quantity of cutters. There's more than two hundred. Maybe nearer three. Lots of long series 16mm. These are
£60-£70 each when new.
I'll post a more detailed breakdown of sizes / quantities tomorrow.
I'll take £150 for a quick deal. I could do with a bit of extra cash to take to the Autosport show on Sunday.

Couldn't make it before Tuesday, so if it all doesn't sell and you still want it gone, PM me a price for the lot including the billets.
Ta,
Mike
