What is the diameter required for just unleaded nozzles to fit?

MR SVA says no more than 23.5mm sorry my mistake.
Exact words " check the fuel tank cannot be filled directly from a petrol pump nozzle having an external diameter of 23.6mm or more"
That is on a vehicle fitted with a cat. it stops you putting any other petrol in other than unleaded

Is the size different for cars using lead replacement fuel ie: un converted x/flows, as they would have used leaded, and the old cars would still have the old type filler necks??
