Brake Master cylinders, Bias bar etc
Good afternoon gents,
I need to order a pair of master cylinders for front & back brakes , and the bias bar assembly,
Does anybody know where i could get all this from at a good price?
I think the remote adjustment knob would be handy too
Any advice when choosing the cylinders? (make/size/fitting etc)
Im using sierra discs & calipers all round at the moment but i might be changing to 4 pots if some pop up cheap
Cheers

Unless your are building for mainly track use a balance bar is not a good idea.
A remote adjustment knob is not a good idea and is 100% not allowed for IVA. Twiddling with brake balance is dangerous even on a circuit racer a
balance bar set up its is normally once to the a standard dry weather setting, then for wet conditions it is a standard half turn or full turn to
the rear.
For road use you want a smaller bore tandem dual circuit master cylinder.

Thanks for the advice,
why is a single, double function cylinder better?

Your IVA test doesn't allow adjustable brake bias -- so you're restricted there if you want to get it road registered. Dual circuit is for
safety, a leak/failure at one end still leaves you with brakes on the other pair of wheels.
You might be able to use twin masters if you replace the adjustable pivot with a fixed one, not 100% sure if that"s OK though.

The car is already road legal
I think id still like dual master cylinders as the pedal box is designed for it & has the mounting holes for them
any suggestions where to get the bits from?
