Registration Time
I posted off my final documents to the Bristol DVLA Local Office (Test certificate, Cheques, Stamped chassis number certificate, insurance documents
etc) and they are taking ages to get back to me with my registration number and tax disk. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now. Is this delay
normal?

id get on the phone to them, and ask about either progress or usual delays.

You should have had it within a week, I was told 5 days and had it back in 4.
I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it

Trouble with the 'phone is you get Swansea direct nowdays unless you have a direct line.In my experance swansea are as much use as a Chocolate
fire guard .Once I got hold of my local office by going there(Leeds)they were fantastic .Go there and ask.It does work(?)
..Which was nice..
