Dash... MOT Requirements?

What instruments and tell-tale lights does the dash NEED to pass an MOT?

Speedometer, main beam, indicators and brake fluid tell tale.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

A pint for the gent and a white wine/fruit based drink for the lady. Those are the rules

Cheers... so just to re-cap so I get this right, the only instrument needed is a Speedo, and the only Tell-Tale's are:

Main-Beam
Indicators
Hazard
Fog
Brake-Fluid

I dont recal seeing speedo being in MoT manual.

http://www.motuk.com/mot_manual/index.asp

Will be against construction and use regs I would imagine.

speedo is not tested on the MOT, main beam warning is an advisory item and I believe a brake fluid level warning lamp is only required if the fluid resevior is not transparent and marked with a minimum level.
