nope. you can't drive an unregistered car to the registration office. although you can drive to IVA, its kinda illegal to drive an unregistered
car anywhere, and the VRO won't take too kindly too it

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Unfortunatly no. I did the first time round with my westfield and was warned I shouldnt of driven. For the Mojo inspection I trailered it, even though
Nottingham VRO has no real space for trailers!

Thought so, however its a bit silly that you can drive unregistered to the IVA test but not to the VRO.
Its not as if the cars are not roadworthy as at this stage they have passed the test and have insurance.
Not really sure why they need to inspect the car as its already been inspected at the IVA test, typical of 2 different government departments not
trusting each other!
Ahhhh the bureaucratic red tape-ed-ness of it all.

IVA is basically a safety test
DVLA is legal test, to make sure its not a ringer basically.
but agree about driving to one not the other is stupid..
when i passed my driving test. (back in the day) i wasnt aloud to drive back from the test station as the instructor was only insured for learners

VRO is madness.
It takes over a week to get an appointment, they do next to nothing, and you have to trailer it there.
Stupidness in the extreme.
Something to do with VOSA and DVLA not trusting each other I guess, but what a waste of our time, and our tax payers money.
That got a bit ranty didn't it!
