Side lights

Thinking about investing in a pair of goggle sport headlights for the Indy, although they do not have side lights intigrated, do I need side lights?

Yes.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

As long as the beam pattern is road legal, why not just stick an LED in the reflector somewhere?

Thinking about it I may be able to drill a hole in the back of the reflector and locate a bulb through a grommet?

It is definitely a good idea to use the type of LED bulb that diffuses the light and takes full advantage of the reflector. Do a search on LED bulbs on eBay and you will find lots of suitable candidates.
Something like this maybe eBay Item but it will require a conventional wedge type socket to be installed - still quite easy though

Cheers for the link Raz, took the plunge and located the lights this week and arrived this morning, just drilled the rear of the reflector with a 1/8 drill bit. You mention a wedge type socket....?????
