lighting question
can i just check, would these pass iva? as they are 'E' marked.

H3 lamps are driving lamps they do not have dip/main beam function, so I would imagine the lens doesn't cater for dip and main either.
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

Nor do they dip to the nearside. Won't pass IVA without some quite serious modifications.
