MK SVA PASS AT BEVERLEY

Just passed today at Beverley. A couple of close calls though. The fan did not cut in during emmisions (had worked ok up to now) the cap on the expension worked well blowing on que. Hot wired the fan to run all the time and emmisions were fine. For interest the cat was from a fiesta, I had the air screws 2 turns out. I fitted air bleed valves to the inlet manifold but had them shut off. I found the people at Beverley to be helpful and fair. Just waiting for car to be inspected now. I hope to be at Harrogate in it.

Congrats!
I was done for 11.00 with a fail, but only on emissions and my speedo was sticking at 30 mph - gauge fault.
Pat....

Its a madtrax chassis with a 350 powervalve engine. I bought a used chassis and built my own wishbones, steering etc. It was finished about 7 years ago just really needs a good service. I had the engine running last year, I might spend a bit of time on it winter.
