Trailer cable - needs wrapping for IVA?

As per title really, does trailer cable need futher loomtape/conv tube etc? Or is it considered to be ok as it already has a sheath?

Im hoping it is ok as i have run my rear lights through some webs with grommets.

I had something very similar for SVA (back and front) and it was fine and has held up well. Make sure the distance between fixings is suitably short and the fixings are good and firm.
