Headlight mount
I have just fitted my new headlights and I'm a little unsure about the mounting bolt.
Headlight bolt
Does the mounting bolt need to be covered for the IVA? If it does what do people use?

I covered mine for SVA with some large nut covers.

It will fail unless you cover it. I used a bit of flat rubber cable tied around it. Rubber hose would be better.

Yes it will fail the IVA like that. I used a cable gland pushed over the nut, and it passed the IVA. hope this helps.

Thanks all. After googling what a cable gland was, I stopped at B and Q and bought one of these kits.
The plastic part will work perfectly. Not sure what I'll use the rest of it for!
