Carbs and IVA
Would a 1995 pre august engine get through the IVA with Carbs fitted or is it a deffinite fail
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

of course it can. as ong as any emissions are met etc.
why would it be a definite fail?
pinto engines with carbs still go through

I wasn't sure if the cut of date has changed, SVA the cut of dat was august 95 anything after needed a CAT and tested on hydrocarbons etc.

in any case you'd have to prove engine age, and it would have to meet emissions from that time, cat would be needed for post august 1995
engines, but as long as the carb was standard fitment, there shouldn't be an issue
