Which year ZX10R and when you say standard exhaust do you mean the bike exhaust? If it's the bike exhaust/cat it probably won't be good
enough.
The base map won't cut the mustard either, it'll need to be leaned off in the appropriate zones for the idle and fast idle. I ended up
with numbers around -23 in the 0-5% throttle range from 500-1500 rpm and 2500-3500rpm to get my 06 ZX10R through IVA.

If you pm me your email address I'll email you the map I used, 06 and 07 are identical - obviously not a good idea to use it for any proper
driving as the rest of the map won't be right for your induction/exhaust!
For the values you need to achieve download the IVA manual, link at the top of the IVA forum.
Mine was looking a bit dodgy till the tester got a phone call and was wandering about talking on his mobile for 5-10 minutes with me running the
engine at 3000rpm. Engine was getting really hot, fan on etc. then the emissions dropped right down and passed comfortably, the cats need to get
really hot before they work properly.

I used a 200 cell sport cat in my system, it's generally reckoned a bike cat isn't up to it. Might be worth a try with your local MOT
tester though.
I think I'd also probably NOT show the tester any of your pics ...
