DVLA Closures Pt. XXX

Well, I was aware of an impending closure of the Birmingham IVA test centre/DVLA office, from this thread :-

Hadn't fully appreciated how swift it must have been. News broke last November/December, and test centre transferred to Kidderminster pretty soon afterwards, it seems.

Hope its a dry day for mine.
