I asked the same question a while ago. No answers unfortunatly, but if someone came up with something it would be worth a fortune
I'm sure I've got one, just don't know where I've put it

denatured alcohol - contains lotsa oxygen. put in enough to make about a 10-20% mixture in you tank. find it in the paint supply section.
also retard you timing a couple of degrees - keeps combustion temps down to minimize the NOx emissions

I was advised by my MOT tester a few years ago to use something called "Add-it" to reduce the emisions. I never actually bought it - seem
to remember he gave the certificate anyway I was a very good customer at the time - it was where I got my company car serviced about every 6
weeks!

Peugeot sell a diesel additive called Forte, there may well be a petrol version too
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Add It
That's the stuff I used. Brought my CO2 down from 3.7 to 0.9. Also dissolved all the rust in my Tiger supplied tank to sludge and blocked my
fuel filter, but passed the emissions anyway...

Will this stuff work on modern cars, with a CAT, without problems ? I need to get my mates M reg Festa through, its just over the limit. Faffed
around doing an engine swap and various other stuff, runs ace but failed on emissions
